Terms of Use

There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, instead the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply to our house (if deviated from here, this is explicitly mentioned in the details of the apartments).

Cancellation conditions / costs:

• up to 3 months prior to arrival day: Nil (10 Euro administrative expenses)
• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40%
• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70%
• within the last week: 90%
• early departure: 100%

Deposit :

• upon reservation : 40%
  The deposit is paid after acknowledgment, and implies acceptance of all clauses of this contract, including the booking conditions and cancellation fees outlined above
  

Balance:

• to pay at the latest before arrival

What if something comes up?

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.

To spare unnecessary expenses and anger on fees for cancellation or termination we recommend concluding a travel insurance, either the Hotel Cancellation Plus (including helicopter rescue costs) or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance (also accident benefits).
